Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION and BOOKING POLICY Please make sure to book your child into the class at least 12 hours before the start time. You may also cancel your booking FREELY up to 12 HOURS BEFORE the class BEGINS. AFTER 7 HOURS the class will be FULLY CHARGED. Why is this important? Because we require a minimum of 3 children for a class to take place. If someone cancels last minute and we are left with only 1 or 2 students, we will have to cancel the class — it’s simply not viable for us to run it. Also for the kids is less joy to be alone. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation!
